Ho collaborato con PMI e aziende corporate come WindTre Business, contribuendo allo sviluppo di piattaforme digitali B2B e B2C in ambito telco, servizi, HR e innovazione.<\/p><p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"852\">Unisco competenze di progettazione e visione di prodotto, guidando progetti in tutte le fasi: definizione obiettivi, analisi, prototipazione, coordinamento con team interni ed esterni. Traduco esigenze in requisiti funzionali, mantengo alta la coerenza tra design e implementazione, e assicuro qualit\u00e0, rispetto delle tempistiche e soddisfazione degli stakeholder.<\/p><p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"1099\">Lavoro quotidianamente con team cross-funzionali, gestisco priorit\u00e0 e criticit\u00e0, e curo la comunicazione progettuale.
